China President Xi Jinping attended the Opening Ceremony of Library of Ngouabi University of Congo SOURCE: CGCINT CONGO On March 30th, 2013, China President Xi Jinping and President of Republic of Congo, Denis Sassou-Nguesso attended the opening ceremony of library of Ngouabi University and unveiling ceremony of China Pavilion in the capital Brazzaville.Ngouabi University is the only one public university in Congo (Brazzaville). The new built library was donated by Chinese Government, and had been executed by our company. It is the only one modern building in the above mentioned university. President Xi Jinping and Sassou jointly cut the ribbon for the library, after that leads of two States stepped into the library hall, and together unveiled a plaque to mark the official opening of the library. Moyang, Minister of High Education of Congo (Brazzaville) made speech on behalf of students and teachers, and thanks for the help from China to improve the teaching conditions in the Congo. President Xi Jinping and Sassou jointly cut the ribbon for the library President Xi Jinping and his wife, Peng Liyuan accompanied by Congo President Denis Sassou-Nguesso and his wife, came to China Pavilion, and spoke kindly to teachers and students who are studying Chinese.
