The commence ceremony of the China-aided Two Primary Schools in Niger was held in Tondigamey of Niamey at 10 am, may 31, 2012. Representatives from P. R. China and Niger Republic attended the ceremony, including Mr. Dong Guangli, Charge d'affaires, Political Counselor of China Embassy, Mr. Shi Shoujian, Economic & Commercial Counselor of China Embassy, the General Secretary of Ministry of Education of Niger Republic, the Chief Executive of Niamey Great Region, Mayor of the No. 4th Region of Niamey, and some other local officers. The General Secretary and Political Counselor made important speeches respectively. The two schools will be executed by our company CGC.
