The Opening Ceremony of Borehole Project in Chad Aided by China SOURCE: CGCINT CHADOn May 15th, 2015, the borehole project, which is aided by China and executed by CGCINT, was held in Ndjamena, Chad. The representatives on behalf of Chad attended the ceremony, including Ms. Apolinar, the Deputy Secretary General of Ministry of Women, Social Action and National Unity(MWSANU), and other relevant officials from MWSANU and Ministry of Hydraulics, The Chinese representatives attended this ceremony , including Mr. Hu Zhiqiang, the Ambassador to Chad, Mr. Zhengwei, the Counsellor of the Economic and Commercial Counsellor's Office, and relevant personnel of Chad Management Department of CGCINT.On the opening ceremony, Ms. Apolinar, the Deputy Secretary Seneral, heartily appreciated the generous aid from China, highly praised the great contribution from Chinese Government for many years, which is to the development of women, people's livelihood and health, etc., and ardently expected to strengthen bilateral cooperation between China and Chad.
